Binance Enters Kazakhstan Market with New Regulated Digital Asset Platform
As always, the popular crypto exchange Binance is expanding its horizon by launching a regulated platform in Kazakhstan. Binance has launched a regulated digital asset platform in Kazakhstan, offering exchange and conversion services, deposit and withdrawal of fiat, and custody of crypto assets to Kazakhstani users.
The company announced the new local digital asset platform following its successful application for a permanent license from the AIFC Financial Services Authority (AFSA) last year. In 2025, Binance obtained a permanent license from Kazakhstan’s AIFC Financial Services Authority (AFSA), and the digital asset platform launch follows this.
Binance Kazakhstan will offer exchange and conversion services. AFSA granted a permanent license to Binance to manage a digital asset platform and provide custodial services, allowing Binance to operate fully within the legal framework of Kazakhstan and offer a secure and reliable platform for digital asset trading and management.
With this new regulated platform, Binance solidifies its presence in Central Asia, providing Kazakhstani users with access to a wide range of crypto services in a compliant and secure environment.
